This email is sent automatically from our database system after you click 'Go' - please allow up to an hour for the email to arrive in your inbox. Only the password contained in the most recent email will work, so please remain patient and do not request multiple emails. Please ensure to check your spam/junk folders in case the email has been filtered out. Some email software sends filtered emails to the 'Deleted Items' folder or 'Bin', so make sure to check there as well. If you do find the email in any of these folders, please make sure to add the domain @lse.ac.uk to your 'Safe Senders' or 'Never Block' list. If you are still unable to locate the reset password email, please go back and click on the helpdesk form link at the bottom of the login page.
